What We Do
Two things, and the order matters.

You get a written report with findings, photos, lab data and a defined scope — the document your contractor bids from and your adjuster works from.
We put the property back. Emergency water mitigation, structural drying, fire and smoke restoration, and full contents packout, cleaning and storage. Documented from the first moisture reading to final verification.

Yes, but assessment and remediation are separate processes. Florida law places restrictions on
an assessor performing remediation on a property they recently assessed. Hanes

verification, with remediation performed in accordance with applicable requirements
